Controller
The controller is responsible for overseeing the company finances and accounting procedures, in addition to ensuring compliance with all tax and license requirements. Additionally, the controller manages the Escrow and Account Management Department.

Closer
The responsibility of the closer is to review and process all data acquired prior to the closing. The closer will draft the settlement statement, balance the file and issue checks to be disbursed by the closing attorney. In addition, the closer must review all title information, legal descriptions, and loan-closing documents sent by the lender. The ability to be detail-oriented and, yet, work fast and efficiently, is a must. A closer must have computer experience, be a team player, and enjoy the challenge of dealing with a high volume of closings at the end of the month.

Disburser
The disburser is responsible for sending out the loan packages to the lenders after closing, mailing out checks, and recording deeds. The disburser will verify that all documents are completed and notarized, and mail out recordings. This position requires organization and accuracy. A disburser must also work well with others, and computer experience is helpful.

Post Closing
The post-closer is responsible for expediting any and all requests received after the date of closing for materials and information. The post-closer will also assist the disburser in shipping loan packages and sending out payoffs. The candidate for this job must be a team player, have computer experience, and be skillful in providing friendly customer service.

Pre-Closing
The pre-closer is responsible for dealing with clients and collecting information from them prior to closing. A pre-closer's duties include scheduling closings, ordering title examinations, preparing title binders, ordering loan payoffs and obtaining other necessary documentation prior to closing. Once the documentation is received, the pre-closer works to resolve any problems which are discovered prior to closing. This position requires organizational skills and a person who enjoys dealing with people. The candidate must be a team player and have computer experience.

Relocation
The relocation team is responsible for assisting relocation companies and their corporate clients in the purchase and sale of properties when those clients have transferred employees to other areas of the country. Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to developing, maintaining, and monitoring the highest level of customer service to local relocation real estate agents and to our relocation clients and their corporate clients. The relocation team coordinates all aspects of the real estate closing including the opening of relocation title orders, the preparation of deed packages, clearance of title problems and preparation of preliminary Settlement Statements for approval. The candidate must have computer experience and be a team player.

Resources Coordinator
The responsibilities of the resources coordinator include overseeing benefits, processing payroll and expenses, and being a liaison between management and the administrative staff. The resources coordinator also enforces the employee handbook and monitors employee moral. The candidate will be involved in the interviewing process and the orientation of newly hired employees, and the review and implementation of applicable state and federal laws. This person will assist in the organization of company events. The resources coordinator must be computer literate, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks.

Title Coordinator
The title coordinator has numerous responsibilities that are necessary for the success in daily operations. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to ordering titles for all offices, as well as the monitoring and scheduling of title examiners. He must also perform various administrative tasks when needed.

Escrow Auditor
The escrow auditor is responsible for reconciling bank accounts and analyzing bank statement information. The candidate will need to be computer literate and capable of preparing accounting reports for tracking.

Title Examiner
The responsibility of the title examiner is to research the chain of title of the various properties which will be conveyed or secured at the time of closing. The title examiner will draft the title abstract, which will list the parties who currently own a subject property and any liens or problems which must be cleared before the closing can transpire. This person will need to possess organizational skills. In addition, the title examiner must be detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Network Engineer
The responsibility of the network engineer is to maintain the operation and accessibility of the computer network and equipment for the entire firm. The candidate will need to update, design, and install office software, hardware and the network infrastructure. This person will also need to respond to emergency calls on down or damaged equipment and must be prepared to be on call throughout the week and all hours of the day. Travel will be required for this position.

Associate Attorney
The main responsibility of the attorney is to perform the closing and oversee the closing process. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in the clearance of title and survey problems, drafting legal documents for closing, the examination of titles, and the review closing documents for accuracy. Typically, the closing attorney should be a person who enjoys dealing with people and has good organizational skills. Attorneys at Dewrell Sacks are eventually given management responsibility; therefore, a background in business may be helpful.
